What llms.txt does (and doesn't do)
llms.txt is a proposed standard: a Markdown file at your domain root that tells AI assistants what your site is about and which pages matter. If your site already publishes one, this tool validates its structure — title, summary, sections, links. If not, it generates a starter file from your actual homepage content that you can edit and upload.
Honest framing: adoption is real and growing, but measured AI-crawler fetch rates for llms.txt are still low. Publishing one is a low-cost hedge with upside as support grows — not a switch that makes AI engines cite you overnight. We say this because every number and claim in our tools has to be true.
The generated file is built only from what your homepage actually contains: its title, meta description, and internal links. Nothing is invented. Review it, refine the section structure, and serve it at /llms.txt as plain text.
