Common Crawl is a sample of the public web, not a complete index. Commercial link databases crawl far more pages far more often — so treat these numbers as a verifiable floor, not a total. Every number shown is measured in the open dataset; nothing is estimated.
If your domain isn't in the graph at all, that's common for new or small sites: Common Crawl simply hasn't seen links to it yet. It does not mean your site has no backlinks.
