    Backlinks Management

    Import, analyze, and manage your backlink profile with data from multiple SEO providers and CSV uploads.

    What It Is

    The Backlinks feature helps you:

    • Import backlinks from Moz, Semrush, Ahrefs
    • Upload backlink data via CSV
    • Analyze anchor text distribution
    • Track new and lost links
    • Compare with competitors

    Data Sources

    SEO Provider Sync

    Automatically import from connected providers:

    1. Go to Backlinks
    2. Click Sync Backlinks
    3. Select provider (Moz, Semrush, Ahrefs)
    4. Wait for import to complete
    5. CSV Upload

      Import from any source:

      1. Go to Backlinks > Import
      2. Click Upload CSV
      3. Map columns to fields
      4. Import data
      5. #### CSV Format

        Required columns:

        • Source URL (the page linking to you)
        • Target URL (your page receiving the link)

        Optional columns:

        • Anchor text
        • Link type (dofollow/nofollow)
        • First seen date
        • Domain authority

        Overview

        • Total backlinks count
        • Referring domains
        • Dofollow vs nofollow ratio
        • Authority distribution

        Full list with filters:

        • Filter by domain, anchor, type
        • Sort by date, authority
        • Export to CSV

        Referring Domains

        Domains linking to you:

        • Domain-level metrics
        • Number of links per domain
        • First/last seen dates

        Anchor Text

        Distribution of anchor text:

        • Percentage breakdown
        • Brand vs keyword anchors
        • Suspicious patterns flagged

        Competitor Analysis

        Compare your backlinks to competitors:

        1. Go to Backlinks > Competitors
        2. Add competitor domains
        3. View comparison charts
        4. Identify link gaps
        5. Find domains that link to competitors but not you:

          • Prioritized by authority
          • Estimated difficulty
          • Outreach status tracking

          Tracking Changes

          Recently acquired backlinks:

          • Source URL and domain
          • Anchor text used
          • Detection date

          Links that disappeared:

          • Source URL and domain
          • When link was lost
          • Possible reasons

          Normalization

          Data from different providers is normalized:

          • Duplicate detection
          • URL normalization
          • Authority score mapping
          • Consistent anchor categorization

          Best Practices

          1. Sync monthly: Keep data current
          2. Monitor lost links: Investigate valuable lost links
          3. Track competitors: Identify link building opportunities
          4. Analyze anchors: Ensure natural anchor distribution
          5. Use multiple sources: Each provider has unique data
