    #### Manual Entry

    1. Go to PR Outreach > Prospects
    2. Click Add Prospect
    3. Enter domain, contact info
    4. Add notes and tags
    5. Save

      1. Go to Backlinks > Competitors
      2. View link gap results
      3. Click Add to Prospects on promising sites

        4. #### CSV Import

        1. Go to PR Outreach > Import
        2. Upload CSV with prospect data
        3. Map columns
