    Free Trial

    All new accounts start with a 3-day free trial:

    • Full Pro features during trial
    • No credit card required to start
    • Automatic downgrade to Starter if not upgraded
    • Trial extension available upon request

    Trial Status

    View your trial status:

    • Days remaining in header banner
    • Trial page in Settings
    • Email reminders before expiry

    Managing Your Subscription

    Viewing Current Plan

    1. Go to Settings > Billing
    2. See current plan and usage
    3. View next billing date
    4. Access billing history
    5. Upgrading

      1. Go to Settings > Billing
      2. Click Upgrade Plan
      3. Select new plan
      4. Complete payment via Stripe
      5. Plan activates immediately
      6. Downgrading

        1. Go to Settings > Billing
        2. Click Change Plan
        3. Select lower tier
        4. Changes apply at next billing cycle
        5. Keep access until then
        6. Cancelling

          1. Go to Settings > Billing
          2. Click Cancel Subscription
          3. Provide feedback (optional)
          4. Confirm cancellation
          5. Access continues until period end
          6. Stripe Customer Portal

            Access full billing management:

            1. Go to Settings > Billing
            2. Click Manage Billing
            3. Opens Stripe Customer Portal
            4. Update payment method
            5. View invoices
            6. Manage subscription
            7. Payment Methods

              Accepted via Stripe:

              • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
              • Apple Pay and Google Pay
              • Bank transfers (Enterprise)

              Invoices & Receipts

              • Automatic email after each charge
              • Access all invoices in portal
              • Download PDF receipts
              • Annual invoicing available (Enterprise)

              Usage Tracking

              Monitor your usage against plan limits:

              1. Go to Settings > Usage
              2. View current period usage
              3. See limits by feature
              4. Upgrade prompts when approaching limits
              5. Overage Handling

                When you hit limits:

                • Feature blocked until next period
                • Option to upgrade instantly
                • No automatic overage charges

                Q: When does my billing cycle start?

                A: On the day you first subscribed or upgraded.

                Q: Can I get a refund?

                A: Contact support within 7 days of charge for refund consideration.

                Q: Is there annual billing?

                A: Yes, with 2 months free. Contact sales or select annual in billing.
