Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- See current plan and usage
- View next billing date
- Access billing history
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select new plan
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Plan activates immediately
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower tier
- Changes apply at next billing cycle
- Keep access until then
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period end
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Opens Stripe Customer Portal
- Update payment method
- View invoices
- Manage subscription
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfers (Enterprise)
- Automatic email after each charge
- Access all invoices in portal
- Download PDF receipts
- Annual invoicing available (Enterprise)
