    What You Get

    With Moz integration, you can:

    • Domain Authority (DA): See your domain's authority score (0-100)
    • Page Authority (PA): View authority scores for individual pages
    • Spam Score: Identify potential spam signals
    • Backlinks: Import your backlink profile from Moz
    • Referring Domains: See which domains link to you
    • Anchor Text: Analyze your anchor text distribution

    Getting Your Moz API Token

    1. Sign up for Moz: Go to moz.com and create an account
    2. Access the API Dashboard: Navigate to moz.com/api/dashboard
    3. Generate API Token: Create a new API token (x-moz-token)
    4. Copy the token: You'll need this for SEOGEO Tools
    5. Note: Some Moz API features require a paid subscription. The free tier includes limited API calls.

        Rate Limits

        Syncing Data

        After connecting Moz:

        1. Go to Backlinks page
        2. Click Sync from Moz
        3. Wait for the sync to complete
        4. View your backlinks, referring domains, and anchors
        5. Syncs are asynchronous and may take a few minutes for large sites.

          Troubleshooting

          Invalid Token Error

Problem: Connection test fails with "Invalid API token" Solution:
          • Verify you copied the complete token
          • Ensure the token is the x-moz-token format
          • Check if your Moz subscription is active

          Rate Limit Exceeded

Problem: Sync fails with rate limit error Solution:
          • Wait until your monthly quota resets
          • Upgrade your Moz plan for more rows
          • Reduce sync frequency

          Empty Results

Problem: Sync completes but no data appears Solution:
          • Verify your domain has backlinks in Moz
          • Check the domain format (with or without https://)
          • Try syncing with just the root domain

          Anchor Text Not Available

Problem: Anchor text tab is empty Solution: The anchor_text endpoint requires a paid Moz plan. Free accounts cannot access anchor text data.

          Best Practices

          1. Sync regularly: Run monthly syncs to track changes
          2. Compare providers: Use alongside Semrush/Ahrefs for complete picture
          3. Monitor Spam Score: High spam scores indicate potential issues
          4. Track DA trends: Watch for unexpected drops
          5. FAQ

Q: What's the difference between DA and PA?

A: Domain Authority measures your entire domain's authority, while Page Authority measures individual page strength.

Q: How often should I sync?

A: Monthly syncs are sufficient for most sites. High-volume sites may benefit from weekly syncs.

Q: Can I use multiple SEO providers?

A: Yes! SEOGEO Tools supports Moz, Semrush, and Ahrefs simultaneously.
