    Creating Content

    From Content Engine

    1. Go to Content Engine
    2. Create a new content brief
    3. Generate AI content
    4. Content appears as draft
    5. Manual Creation

      1. Go to Content > Drafts
      2. Click New Draft
      3. Enter title and content
      4. Set target URL and metadata
      5. Managing Drafts

        Draft List

        View all content with:

        • Status indicators
        • Last modified date
        • Target URL
        • GEO score estimate

        Editing Drafts

        • Rich text editor
        • Markdown support
        • AI enhancement tools
        • SEO checklist

        Version History

        Track all changes:

        • View previous versions
        • Restore earlier versions

        Publishing Options

        WordPress Integration

        Publish directly to WordPress:

        1. Connect WordPress site (Settings > Publishing)
        2. In draft, click Publish to WordPress
        3. Select post type and status
        4. Content pushed to WordPress
        5. #### Setting Up WordPress

          1. Go to Settings > Publishing
          2. Click Add WordPress Site
          3. Enter site URL
          4. Create application password in WordPress
          5. Paste credentials
          6. Test connection
          7. Webhook Publishing

            Send content to any system:

            1. Go to Settings > Publishing
            2. Click Add Webhook
            3. Enter webhook URL
            4. Configure payload template
            5. Test with sample data
            6. Export

              Download content for manual publishing:

              • HTML format
              • Markdown format
              • Word document
              • Plain text

              Publishing Workflow

              Single Content

              1. Open draft
              2. Click Publish
              3. Select destination
              4. Confirm and publish
              5. Bulk Publishing

                1. Go to Content > Drafts
                2. Select multiple drafts
                3. Click Bulk Publish
                4. Choose destination
                5. Confirm
                6. Tracking Published Content

                  After publishing:

                  • Status updates to Published
                  • URL is tracked for audits
                  • GEO score monitored
                  • Performance tracked if GSC connected

                  Best Practices

                  1. Use review workflow: Don't skip the review stage
                  2. Check GEO score: Optimize before publishing
                  3. Set target URLs: Plan URL structure in advance
